Booking & Cancellation Terms

To Confirm a Booking

A deposit is required to secure your reservation. A 50% deposit is generally required, although a deposit of up to 100% may apply depending on the season and how close the booking is to the arrival date. The applicable deposit amount will be confirmed at the time of booking.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations are only effective upon receipt of written notification.

Cancellation penalties are applied as follows:

  • Within 5 weeks of arrival: 50% of the total invoiced amount.
  • Within 20 days of arrival: 100% of the total invoiced amount.
  • Easter and 15 December to 10 January: Cancellations received less than 12 weeks before arrival will incur a charge of 100% of the total invoiced amount.

Premature Departure

In the event of premature departure, the full value of the stay as originally booked and confirmed will be charged.

Refunds

Refunds of deposits or prepayments are at the discretion of management and may depend on our ability to re-let the accommodation for the cancelled dates.
